“Oh, what lovely May Baskets!” the Ludvigson Lace Lady marveled as she perused through Pinterest.
“The fresh flowers!”
“So bright and cheerful!”
“Celebration of Spring is so welcome!”
“But wait,” the bewildered Ludvigson Lace Lady announces to herself! “Why do I not remember this from the many May Basketing escapades of my youth?”
“There were no flowers at all!” (In the Ludvigson Lace Lady’s non-traditional Maybasketing recollection.)
“There were no perfume scented arrangements hung on the door!” (In the Ludvigson Lace Lady’s non-traditional May Basketing recollection. )
“All I recall was a possible grocery bags of grocery items; never saw what they put in the bag. It was too dark. I was an ignorant younger. What thy told me to do was to pound on the exterior of their home, and then RUN!” ( In the Ludvigson Lace Lady’s non-traditional May Basketing recollection.)
“Next thing I know I’m lying in a field, next to the fresh new found earth – ok, dirt. Just recently uncovered from snow! Cold.” (In the Ludvigson Lace Lady’s non-traditional May Basketing recollection. )
“How exciting to dart through an unknown field in a frenzy of fear! It was dark! Real dark. But there was the fresh clean air of Spring. It happened only once a year: April 30th/Midnight.
Well, I guess there were reoccurrances throughout the whole month of May. Call it Spring fever. ( In the Ludvigson Lace Lady ‘s non-traditional May Basketing recollection. )
“Why am I out here, instead of my nice warm bed?” ( In the Ludvigson Lace Lady ‘s non-traditional May Basketing recollection. )
“And I don’t have my homework done.”
(In the Ludvigson Lace Lady ‘s non-traditional May Basketing recollection. )
Stay tuned in! The Ludvigson Lace Lady has some explaining to do!
(Regarding her non-traditional May Basketing escapades…)
Maybasketing in the Ludvigson Lace Lady ‘s home town had quite a different twist, from this beautiful flowery doorknob treat…
But it sure was fun! (That is, the non-traditional Maybe Basketing method of the Ludvigson Lace Lady’s youthful days…)
My life before I learned how to crochet lace. (The Ludvigson Lace Lady refers to the non-traditional May Basketing time usage!)
But may I reassure you, the Ludvigson Lace Lady still prefers crocheting lace over the stories she is soon to uncover.
Life will always be Lovelier with lace,
The Ludvigson Lace Lady
